1. Admission & Tickets

• Entry is by confirmed ticket only—non-transferable, non-refundable.
• Members enjoy complimentary access with RSVP. Non-members must purchase tickets in advance. Pricing increases as the event nears.
• The event organizers reserve the right to deny admission or remove any guest at their discretion.

2. Conduct & Atmosphere

• This is a private gathering. Guests are expected to conduct themselves with decorum. Disruptive, inappropriate, or intoxicated behavior will result in removal without refund.
• Musical guests are welcome to perform, provided their contributions align with the evening’s classical nature.

3. Liability & Assumption of Risk

• Guests attend at their own risk. The event organizers, venue owners, and affiliates assume no liability for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property.
• Guests are solely responsible for their belongings.
• Any damage to the venue or event property caused by a guest is the guest’s full financial responsibility.

4. Photography & Privacy

• Photography taken during the event will be shared only among attendees.
• Any images used for promotional purposes will mostly be faceless, ensuring guest privacy.
• Guests who do not wish to be photographed must inform the event organizers in advance.

5. Dress Code & Discretion

• Cocktail attire is required. Guests who do not adhere to the dress code may be denied entry.
• The venue address is private and disclosed only to ticket holders. Sharing the location with non-attendees is strictly prohibited.

6. Event Changes & Force Majeure

• The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or venue limitations. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Agreement to Terms

• By purchasing a ticket and/or attending, guests confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
